Well, in the event Action Usable fails, my next option would be to set Cooldown Progress -> Blade Dance, then change it to "Not on cooldown". If that fails, you could try adding a second trigger specifically for Death Sweep, and set the conditioning to Any Trigger. WeakAuras, 1 aura icon swapping?
WebMay 29, 2013 · An easy way is to download a texture pack such as clean icons which modify the icon itself. That way it appears consistent across your entire UI even without any kind of addons.
