I removed the trailer hitch brake light that was plugged into 4 pin trailer connector when I removed bike rack from 4 week road trip. The next day the turn signals operate normally. Rear LED's are still installed. I suspected the hitch brake light might have caused problems but it was only blinking fast one side.

If you want to restrict to with headlamps only, there is an option for that, too. I will post pics later. As a side note, Forscan allows for many configurable PIDS.
