WebHoi4 is more of a WW2 sandbox. It’s more about alternative history. Hoi3 is very micro intensive. Each division gets a leader with their own skills and experience. There is a feature where you can paint a target and wait but it’s less than useful. Hoi4 the only leaders are for armies and army groups.
