After much research I recently got a oem trunk trim w/camera out of a 11 CTS with out nav. I also got the OEM Gentex #026137 mirror out of a 11 Buick Enclave that had OEM Auto Dim, OnStar and Camera. My 08 CTS mirror has the same except camera.
