LI builds just have fewer important buttons to press, and usually have them all visible at once so you don't have to mentally keep track of cooldowns in a kit or weapon swap or transform. Webyou should install arcdps to be able to track your performance but in general power tempest is a rather weak build. weaver and catalyst are the better condi/power dps builds. but eventually you will have to accept that you can't play only 1 build on the classes you like, it is kinda neccessary to have more. WebCondi and power tempest have around 36k benchmarks so going with numbers they are decent builds. The issues are that they scale with hitbox and there are stronger dps builds in the other 2 elementalist specs. You have weaver for condi dps and catalyst for power.
